My sister IMmed me to tell me that she had just e-mailed an expert flintknapper. That is awesome.
And I dropped my toothbrush in the toilet yesterday too, a brand new one! (Just to emphasize the extent of the suckiness of yesterday)

Yeah I can't wait to get a reply... he had told my professor that he had a bad experience with a student wasting his time so I'm afraid he might turn me down... but not to worry I have a back up plan one of my professors last year also does some flint-knapping on the side... so I'll ask him if this other guy doesn't pull through
