If I'm ever feeling emo, it's probably because of one or any combo of the following:
1) Not good enough.
2) Out of control - which is fun for like 20 minutes.
3) Want to be around people but unable to do so.
4) Do not want to be around people but unable to not do so.
5) Paranoid about something interrupting my happy (illness, disaster, bad news, etc.).
6) General saturnine mood, perhaps caused by pretty vistas, deep conversations, books, ghosts, Russian shower-dwelling demons, etc.
7) Got a parking ticket.
8) Got a speeding ticket.
9) Cat fuzz/poo/barf on my shiz.
10) Regrets.
It is rarely anything more serious.
