I can't breathe out of my left nostril and I've been up coughing for the past two nights. I want to take lessons from Inga but I'm spending all of my money on my wedding. I got subpoenaed! I'm jealous of my sister, who bought a motorcycle.
Dream:
My whole family was involved in this strange dream. At first, all of us were in the basement of this huge building with a pile of boxes that we were transporting from one place to another, but I had left my Harry Potter book behind on our way up to the surface. I knew that I had to take the elevator down into the depths of the underland to retrieve it.
When one rode the elevator, which only went down, it would quietly hum as it lowered further and further into the earth's crust. Then it would stop at different "floors." Each floor was actually a level in the warren of tunnels, passageways and dusty catacombs beneath the upper earth. It was the domain of people who had explored the crawlspaces and basements of old buildings and gotten lost, people who had entered storm sewers and taken wrong turns... And ghosts. The rooms were duplicates of all of the rooms above that had been forgotten by people. In the forgetting, a bridge between two dimensions had formed, turning the old morgues of condemned hospitals and dank bedrooms of abandoned cabins into tenuous portals.
Once I'd taken the elevator down, I knew there was no going back. I had escaped once, and you only get one chance. Such is the price I'd pay for a Harry Potter book, I guess. :P
Much of the dream was spent exploring the passages, trying to find a familiar place, and interacting with other lost people. I eventually ran into a society, a group of humans led by a female dictator of sorts, who wanted all of us to take another elevator she had found to a dimension she was familiar with. This dimension was dangerous because we, who were humans in the underland, would become something else in this other world - but at least there would be a sky over our heads and earth under our feet. Some people refused and were condemned. They were sent down another elevator into deeper depths.
We boarded the elevator in groups and emerged into a world much like our old one. We found ourselves in a suburban upper-middle class neighborhood. We wandered around in a ragged crowd, and as we wandered, the sun began to set. The female dictator described to us what we had become. Although we appeared normal to each other, to the inhabitants of this world, we looked like diaphanous films in the air, full of translucent bones. At night, the people of the world, who feared and hated us, would set up "traps" to catch us. The traps looked like webs of filaments, strung around trees, between houses, etc. If we touched one of these filaments, we would die horrifying deaths.
Also, cats could see us very clearly, and could kill us! One bite sustained meant certain death for us. Every house had multiple cats of course, which we avoided, but they herded us anyway. A group of men, who had been on the lookout for their ghost-seeing cats, spotted us, and hurled cats at us, shouting insults! It was almost like watching Pokemon - "Fluffy, I choose you!" a man would shout, and then form his chosen cat into a tossable ball before lobbing it. It was terrifying in the dream, but hilarious now. We scattered like chaff in the wind, running in all directions.
The men eventually separated me from my fellows and chased me into a basement, where a ghost trap waited. They brandished wads of filaments at me until I was backed into a corner, scant inches from the ghost trap. I stared at the filaments as they puffed in a gentle draft and waited to die, there in the filthy corner of somebody's basement, in a dimension far from my own.

I think you need to put these into a book :)

I used to keep a dreambook as a child - if I could find it, I would totally write a transcript and post it here. I has some dreams as a child that completely altered the way I viewed the universe.
