Weekend Update

Ugh, ugh, ugh! Lots of fieldwork this past week, which means I'm out in various locations, wreaking havoc and going out for unhealthy lunches with my cohorts... And also that I have no time for blogging. No news on the new position yet, but I won't be worried until two business weeks have passed, and it's only been 4 days.

I also went to Ulta and spent almost $200 on makeup. $200. And my mom was there, and she didn't stop me, or even try to persuade me not to do it.

I had my bridal portraits done today by a very talented young photographer, in the lobby of the Renaissance Hotel. We had a little bit of an audience at a few points; apparently, they were under the impression that it was a photo shoot for a magazine.
