I had a wonderful birthday. I woke up to find a dozen roses on the kitchen table, and a folded dance jacket embroidered with the Elite icon. Inside the folded jacket was a gift certificate for lessons at Elite! Caspian had secretly gone to the studio and bought these items from one of my coaches, Robertas.
We went out for dinner with my family, had brownies with ice cream and fudge, and watched Shaun of the Dead. The party continues next weekend: Sushi, gourmet cupcakes and ice skating with Rini, Natty, Pepper, Lovely, Roony and Caspian.
