I have no good stories today. Spent yesterday evening in the company of my dad as we tore gleefully like t-rexes (or that may have just been me... ) into a rotisserie chicken and chatted about careers, power, and other heavy subjects such as whether or not I'd be amenable to being eaten by somebody/something, as long as the eater were truly savoring me. I was totally into that rotisserie chicken.

So, I've been researching martial arts. I know I'm looking for a nice combination of art, intense physical activity, and enhancement of grace and flexibility, but I'm not sure which style to pursue. I'd like to supplement all of this weight lifting and running with something requiring a bit more finesse (that's not ballroom dancing). A few e-mails have been sent out... We'll see what sort of advice I get.

I've also created a virtual framed/matted Joan Miró art print (Dancer II) for the bazillionth time, admired it, and decided not to buy it. For the bazillionth time.

Slightly disgruntled and moderately bored today - but there are some extremely nerdy adventures going down tonight, in which I will play only an auxiliary role. I hesitate to reveal the nature of these adventures because I'm a COWARD, ALRIGHT?! ::sob!:: Hopefully the nerdy will be of the noninfectious variety, as I'm already nerdy enough, thank-you-very-much!
